Victor C. Spinetti, 56, of Uniontown, Pa., and formerly of Thompson One, Pa., passed away, Thursday, May 9, 2002, in Mercy Hospital, Pittsburgh, Pa. He was born May 27, 1945, in Thompson One, Pa., a son of Marino Spinetti and Mary Moncheck Spinetti.

Victor was a member of Holy Rosary Church, Republic, a former Heavy Equipment Operator, and an avid hunter.

He was preceded in death by four sisters, Jean Palaisa, Irene Teslovich, Doris Karaba, and Norma Dunn, a brother, Ronald “Duke” Spinetti, a special friend and nephew, Barry Dunn, and his parents.

Surviving are children: Tina Gibson and her husband, Greg, of Connellsville, Pa., Laura Fetty and her husband, Jeff, of Brownsville, Pa., and Victor Spinetti and his wife, April, of Lancaster, Pa.; former wife, Mary Ann Keeney Spinetti of Republic, Pa.; grandchildren: Jessica, Jacob, and Julianne Gibson, and Nicholas and Mya Fetty; a dear friend and companion, Ruth Jones of Blairsville, Pa.; sister, Rita Arner and her husband, Terry, of Pottstown, Pa.; a brother, Frank “Sonny” Spinetti and his wife, Joan, of Uniontown, Pa.; and several nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received in the ROBERT T. KISH FUNERAL HOME INC., Legion Street, Republic, Pa., today from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. and Monday, May 13, until 9:30 a.m. when a Prayer Service will be held.

A Funeral Mass follows at 10 a.m. in Holy Rosary Church, Republic, with Rev. Fr. Vincent Gigliotti as Celebrant.

Interment will be in LaFayette Memorial Park, Brier Hill, Pa.
