Madeline Jacobs Fike, 94, of Uniontown, Pa., died Saturday, May 11, 2002, in Beverly HealthCare, Uniontown. She was born March 17, 1908, in Uniontown, Pa.

Mrs. Fike was Protestant by faith.

Preceding her in death were her parents, John Jacobs and Ann Lewis Jacobs, her husband, William Fike in 1971, a son, James Fike, three daughters, Ruth Ellen Fike, Deloris Jane Fike and Jacqueline Fike Haines, and all her brothers and sisters.

Surviving are three sons: John William Fike and his wife Mildred Lazaran Fike, Robert Lee Fike and his wife Helen Gordon Fike, and Donald Hayes Fike all of Uniontown; six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

Friends will be received in the JEROME W. SHELL FUNERAL HOME, 164 South Mount Vernon Avenue, Uniontown, Pa., today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday, May 14, until 11 a.m., the hour of Service with the Rev. Kenneth Walls officiating.

Interment will follow in Sandy Hill Cemetery.
