The following people were recently sentenced in Fayette County Court. Sentences for driving under the influence (DUI) involve a period of license suspension and generally require participation in the county’s Alcohol Safe Driving School and participation in the Ignition Interlock Program once the license is returned.

Glenn Michael Shuford Jr., 19, of Uniontown was sentenced to 24-48 months in a state correctional institution for possession with intent to deliver or manufacture and 24-48 months in a state correctional institution, to run at the same time for indecent assault.

Douglas Edward Blair, 45, of Uniontown was sentenced to 23 months Intermediate Punishment, the first 60 days to be served on house arrest with electronic monitoring for DUI.

Melissa Ann Lehman, 21, of Uniontown was sentenced to 23 months Intermediate Punishment, first 120 days to be served on house arrest with electronic monitoring. She was also ordered to make restitution of $139.82 to Fred and Debra Adams of Lemont Furnace, $135.79 to Rodney and Patrick Stout of South Connellsville, $1,18.50 to Andrew and Gwen Wisniewski of Pittsburgh, $75 to Linda Baker of Greensburg, $26.50 to State Farm Insurance, $265.39 to Prudential Insurance Company and $170.50 to Andrew Morschi of McKeesport.

Nicole Marie Linville, 23, of McClellandtown was sentenced on 12 counts of forgery. On each count she must serve four months probation, all to run consecutively for a total of 48 months.

David Brian Hall, 32, of Dunbar was sentenced to 23 months Intermediate Punishment, first 30 days to be served in an approved inpatient treatment facility, followed by 30 days served on house arrest with electronic monitoring. He was also ordered to make restitution of $250 to James and Patricia Smith and $1,955 to Mutual Benefit Insurance Co.

Donald Keith Walters, 48, of East Millsboro was sentenced to one year probation for disorderly conduct.

Gary Edward Minton, 63, of Uniontown was sentenced to 48 hours to 23 months in Fayette County Prison for DUI.

Helen Christine Bullock, 49, of West Leisenring was sentenced to two years probation and ordered to make restitution of $844.98 to Albert Sheranko and $3,430 to the Geico Insurance Co. for criminal mischief.

John Wayne Bierer Sr., 50, of Connellsville was sentenced to two years probation for simple assault.

Charles Darwin Smith, 39, of Fairchance was sentenced to 48 hours to 23 months in Fayette County Prison for DUI.

Joseph Ray Tringes Jr., 22, of Brownsville was sentenced to 23 months Intermediate Punishment, first 60 days to be served on house arrest with electronic monitoring for DUI, 23 months Intermediate Punishment, first 90 days to be served on house arrest with electronic monitoring, sentences to run consecutively for driving with suspended license.

Howard Lee Cruse III, 23, of Hiller was sentenced to two years probation and ordered to make restitution of $220 to Rick Thomas, $77 to VS Radiology, $981.50 to Brownsville EMS and $486 to Brownsville General Hospital for simple assault.

Joseph William Guty, 38, of Grindstone was sentenced to six to 12 months in Fayette County Prison and make restitution of $760 to be apportioned between the Redstone Pharmacy, Capuzzi’s Market and Fayette Fuel for theft.

Robert Lee Huseman, 21, of Smithfield was sentenced to 18 to 36 months in a state correctional institution for endangering the welfare of children.

Elise Lashel Neighbors, 35, of Smithfield was sentenced to 48 hours to 23 months in Fayette County Prison for DUI.

Jeremy James Reda, 25, of Masontown was sentenced to one year probation for selling or furnishing liquor to minors.

Karen Toth Pritchard, 37, of Brownsville was sentenced on two counts of retail theft. On each count she must serve one year probation, sentence to run concurrently.

Dell Marie Hunter, 28, of Uniontown was sentenced on two counts of theft. On the first he must serve one year probation and make restitution of $1,885 to Lowe’s and on the second one year probation and restitution of $545 to Bon Ton Department Store with the sentences to run at the same time.

Raymond Ewing Mask, 23, of Uniontown was sentenced to 23 months of Intermediate Punishment with the first 180 days to be served on house arrest with electronic monitoring. He was ordered to make restitution of $750 to Billie Jo Nicklow of Lake Lynn for corruption of minors.

Sabine Marion Park, 34, of Uniontown was sentenced to 48 hours to 23 months in Fayette County Prison, sentence to run concurrently for DUI.

Matthew Mark Bowlen, 30, of Uniontown was sentenced to six to 23 months in Fayette County Prison, sentence to run concurrently for conspiracy.

Noah Proud, 27, of Roscoe was sentenced to six to 12 months in Washington County Jail, sentence to run consecutively for retail theft.

Ronald Vincent Elentri, 34, of Uniontown was sentenced to 23 months Intermediate Punishment with the first 19 days served at a approved and accredited inpatient facility followed by 30 days on house arrest with electronic monitoring for DUI.

Sally Ann Hawk, 62, of Uniontown was sentenced on one count of retail theft and one count of conspiracy. She must serve 12 to 24 months at Muncy State Correctional Institution on each count, sentences to run at the same time.

Christopher O’Neal Teets, 21, of Hopwood was sentenced to nine to 24 months in a state correctional institution with the sentence to run concurrently for theft.

Ernest Tawan Minor, 22, of Uniontown was sentenced to one and a half to three years in a state correctional institution for possession with intent to deliver or manufacture.

Neal Raven Hickenbottom, 34, of Uniontown was sentenced to nine to 24 months in a state correctional institution for possession with intent to deliver.

Richard Arley McCloud, 32, of Farmington was sentenced to one to two years in a state correctional institution for possession with intent to deliver or manufacture.

Christopher Earl Williams, 22, of Brooklyn, N.Y., was sentenced to nine to 24 months in a state correctional institution and make restitution of $500 to County of Fayette for the use of the Fayette County Law Library and $45 to Hunters Ridge Apartments for possession of drugs.
