Doris Cole Allison
Doris G. Allison, 70, of Uniontown, Pennsylvania, passed away Sunday, May 12, 2002, after a short stay in UPMC Presbyterian, Pittsburgh. She was born March 14, 1932, in Connellsville, Pennsylvania, the daughter of the late Allen and Dorothea Cole from Percy, Pennsylvania.
Doris was a member of Calvary Methodist Church in Uniontown.
She was formerly employed at Cantalamessa’s as a Seamstress.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Ray Allison, sisters, Kitty Caton and Frances Ritenour, an infant sister Dorothea, and son-in-law, John Fleszar Jr.
She is survived by her children: Patty Tonsetic and husband, Rich, of Canonsburg, Pa., Bob and Paulette of Uniontown, Ken and Mary of Brier Hill, Pa., and Mick and Lori of Uniontown.
“Nanny” will be sadly missed by her grandchildren: Donnie Fleszar and wife Jennifer, Dawn Hargraves and husband Scott, Bobby Allison and wife Rhonda, Heather Peccon and husband Rocky, Jaime Newhouse and husband Raymond, Julie and Greg Allison, Michael and Marissa Allison; and the following great grandchildren: Talon Hargraves, Katie and Chase Allison, Julianna and Alaina Peccon, Timber Newhouse.
She is also survived by her brother, James Cole; sisters Jean Crossland and Joan Fayak; and many other Cole and Allison family members; also many special bingo friends.

Family and Friends will be receive din the J. HARRY JOHNSTON FUNERAL HOME, 65 North Gallatin Avenue, Uniontown, Pennsylvania, today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday, May 15, until 11 a.m., the hour of Service with Nicholas J. Cook officiating.
Interment in Sylvan Heights Cemetery, Uniontown.
