Eva R. Stewart Brown, 96, of Connellsville, Pa., died Sunday, May 12, 2002, in her home. She was born November 13, 1905, in Clover Hill, Garwood, Pa., daughter of Joseph R. Stewart and Maude Hall Stewart.

Eva was the Elevator Operator at the Brimstone Building for many years and a member of Payne A.M.E. Church in Connellsville, Pa.

Her husband, Henry L. Brown, one son, Donald L. McWilliams Sr., four brothers, two sisters, and her parents preceded her in death.

Surviving are one grandson, Donald L. McWilliams Jr. of Jamestown, New York; one sister, Maxine Sanders, and one brother, Theodore Stewart, both of Charleroi, Pa.; Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, other Relatives and Friends.

Friends will be received in Payne A.M.E. Church, 812 West Crawford Avenue, Connellsville, Pa., on Wednesday from 6 to 9 p.m. where Services will be held Thursday, May 16, at 11 a.m. with Rev. Elizabeth Scott officiating.

Interment in Green Ridge Memorial Park, Pennsville, Pa., under direction of the MURIEL E. LANTZ FUNERAL HOME, 297 East Main Street, Uniontown, Pa.
