Disorderly conduct State police from Belle Vernon said they filed a disorderly conduct charge against Jennifer Teeter of Bellfonte after she repeatedly used profanity and caused a minor disturbance at Phil’s Nite Club at 1:30 a.m. Saturday.

State police from Uniontown said Joseph McCune of Caldwell Avenue reported theft of an Ariens string trimmer and an 8-foot wood ladder sometime last week.

State police from Uniontown said Barry Sless of Kentfield, Calif., reported the theft of a FSP series 400 electric guitar, a guitar stand and guitar strings from the Melody Motor Lodge on Route 119 between 3:30 and 10:30 a.m. Sunday.

One-vehicle accident

State police from Uniontown said Angell Fitzwater, 24, of Montrose W.Va., swerved to avoid a deer on Route 857 and flipped her Jeep on to its roof Wednesday at 11:50 p.m. She was wearing a seatbelt and was not injured. Her passenger, Jose Lopez, 20, of Uniontown was wearing a seatbelt, but suffered a minor injury. He was treated at Uniontown Hospital. Smithfield Assault charged Phillip Rafail, 23, of Smithfield allegedly pointed a rifle at Jerome Rafail, 27, of Smithfield and threatened to kill him Friday at 1:25 a.m. along Lovers Leap Road, according to state police from Uniontown. Charges have been filed against the accused and a warrant has been issued for his arrest, police said.

Burglary reported

State police from Uniontown said someone stole $150 from the Exxon gas station on Route 857 Saturday at 4:18 a.m. after throwing a rock through a window and entering the business.

Disorderly conduct

State police from Belle Vernon cited James Leslie Huffine, 42, of Gillespie Road, Dawson, for disorderly conduct Friday night as troopers were serving him with a protection-from-abuse order.

Juvenile cited

State police from Uniontown cited a 16-year-old black male with criminal mischief Sunday evening for allegedly kicking Erica Lynn Horvath’s door and breaking the jamb in Snyder Terrace in Bierer Wood Acres.

Tire punctured

State police from Uniontown said somebody punctured a tire on a car owned by Paul R.F. Randolph IV, 18, of New Salem on Sunday between 1 and 11 a.m. The car was parked on Walter’s Lane in Buffington.

Stolen car recovered

City police said a car that was reported stolen Saturday was recovered Sunday after a high-speed chase through Pershing Court to Tuskegee Terrace, where three men abandoned the car and fled on foot. Kenneth C. Holt reported the 2002 Pontiac Grand Am stolen from a store along Connellsville Street, where he left it with the keys inside.

Sexual assault

State police said Donald Braden Smith, 24, of Dilliner was charged with statutory sexual assault after it was discovered he had been having sex with a 14-year-old female. Smith was arraigned before District Justice Lou Dayich and was committed to the Greene County Jail after failing to post a $5,000 bond, police said.

DUI accident

State police said Richard Shaffer Bortz, 31, of Waynesburg struck a state police vehicle and then a curb and pole in the parking lot of Rite Aid Thursday after police found him asleep in his car at 1:43 a.m. and attempted to awaken him.

Two injured

State police said Paul Hewitt Jr. of Nemacolin and Dwight Schiffbauer of Masontown were involved in a two-vehicle accident Sunday at 6:24 a.m. along Nemacolin Road. Hewitt was flown by medical helicopter to Mercy Hospital in Pittsburgh with head injuries, while Schiffbauer was flown to Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, W.Va., with leg injuries, police said. A Mercy spokesman listed Hewitt in fair condition Monday night, while a Ruby spokesman said Schiffbauer was in stable condition.

State police said Charles Sampson of Waynesburg was cited for harassment after he struck Edith Whipkey of Waynesburg May 6 at 3:30 a.m.

Criminal mischief

Stacy Lynn Hanlan, 26, of Dilliner told state police someone scratched her car sometime between 8 and 9 p.m. Tuesday.

Two-vehicle accident

State police said Amy M. Jacobs, 25, of Waynesburg and George L. Delaney, 57, of Holbrook were involved in an accident Tuesday at 3:40 p.m. at the intersection of Route 21 and Short Street. Neither driver was injured, according to polic Waynesburg DUI charged State police said Stanley Gene John, 27, was charged with DUI after he was stopped April 30 at 7:35 p.m. on North Liberty Street for several traffic violations. A test revealed his blood alcohol content was .118 percent, police said.

Van stolen

State police said someone took a set of keys from Bortz Chevrolet between 7:30 and 9:30 a.m. Thursday and used the keys to drive a van from the dealership. That van was later recovered in Monongalia County, W.Va., along Route 19 in the parking lot of Judy’s Lounge just south of the state line. Police sad the investigation into the incident is continuing.

State police said Donald Baker, 77, of Carmichaels damaged property belonging to David Hook of Waynesburg as he was driving out of the parking lot of Steinberg Vision Associates Monday at 2:20 p.m.

Tara Hall, 20, of Waynesburg was cited for underage drinking after state police responded to a Tollgate Run residence Sunday at 2:10 a.m.

Mary Headlee of Waynesburg told state police someone entered her home sometime between 8:45 a.m. May 4 and 2 p.m. May 5 and removed several items.

Theft probed

Phillip David Robinson, 55, of Dilliner told state police someone took a pistol from his residence sometime between 10 a.m. May 5 and 2:30 a.m. May 7. Waynesburg Two cited State police said Jessica R. Goretsky, 20, of Dunbar and Jason B. Brashear, 20, of Ronco were cited for underage drinking after state police found them intoxicated Saturday at 4 a.m. on High Street.

Underage consumption

State police said Tara Lynn Lantz, 19, of Waynesburg was cited for underage consumption after a disturbance along Bill George Drive Sunday at 3:25 a.m.

DUI charged

State police said George Huseman, 48, of Carmichaels was charged with DUI after he was stopped for a traffic violation April 28 at 12:40 a.m. along Route 88. Police said Huseman’s blood alcohol level was .148 percent.

Harassment

State police said Richard L. Douglass, 57, of Garards Fort was charged with harassment after he allegedly struck John V. Core, 33, of Masontown in the face during an altercation Thursday.

Theft reported

A nurse at Greene County Memorial Hospital told state police that a man entered the emergency room Thursday at around 7:20 p.m., asked to use a wheelchair for a broken foot and stole the wheelchair, with three other people assisting him.

Disorderly conduct

State police said David Scott Hathaway, 22, of Carmichaels; Jonathan Douglas Watson, 23, of Carmichaels; Rex Allen Conner, 19, of Greensboro; Joshua S. Walkos, 20, of Dilliner; Thomas J. Bane, 18, of Bobtown; Steven Anthony Shuppe Jr., 20, of Dilliner, Jay Dias and Brent Lapana all were cited for disorderly conduct and/or underage consumption during an altercation Sunday at 1:50 a.m. at a location along Route 21 near Bonar Avenue. All of the citations were filed at the office of District Justice Neil Canan, police said.
