CALVIN UNITED PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH, 307 Spring St., Brownsville, will sponsor a food booth Saturday and Sunday during the National Pike Days celebration. FLATWOODS LADIES AUXILIARY will hold a soup and sandwich sale from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Tuesday, Election Day, at the Flatwoods Fire Hall. Take-out orders will be available.

Great bethel Baptist church, 47 W. Fayette St., Uniontown, will hold a spaghetti dinner Sunday, beginning at noon, sponsored by the Youth Group.

SMOCK VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT Ladies Auxiliary will hold a grocery bingo at 3 p.m. Sunday at the social hall.

FREDERICKTOWN UNITED METHODIST CHURCH will hold a chicken and biscuit dinner Tuesday, Election Day, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Meals are $6 for adults and $3 for children under age 12. Take-out orders will be available.

MONONGAHELA RIVER BUFFS ASSOCIATION will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the River Museum, 175 Second St., Monongahela. George Hutchko, vice president, will speak on “Growing up in New Eagle/Riverview: A Pre-WWII Perspective.

UNITED MINE WORKERS OF AMERICA LOCAL 1248 will meet at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Footedale Fire Hall.

GREAT MEADOWS GARDEN CLUB will hold its annual perennial plant sale Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. during National Pike Days at Braddock’s Inn, Route 40, Farmington. Available will be 80 to 100 different mountain-grown varieties. Prices will range form $1 o $4.

SEARIGHTS ROCC LEARNING CENTER will hold a meatloaf dinner Tuesday from 1 to 3 p.m. at the center. Adult’s meal is $3.50 and children’s meal is $2. Take-out orders will be available. Lunch orders for free delivery to Uniontown, Brownsville and New Salem area businesses, will be available by calling 724-245-6201 to place orders. Proceeds benefit the Learning Center.
