A cherry box-type clock and a brass photo album were taken from Things Remembered in the Uniontown Mall between 2:30 and 3 p.m. May 7, state police said.
The value of the stolen items is $100.

State police are investigating an incident in which two juveniles were allegedly found in possession of marijuana at the Fayette County Vocational-Technical School at 11:15 a.m. Wednesday.

State police are investigating an incident in which Katharine Louise Palmer was allegedly threatened by a Uniontown woman at the Searights Learning Center at 10 a.m. Wednesday.

Warrant served
City police arrested Emslie Young Green, 42, of Whiteman Avenue on a parole warrant after he was discovered at his home at 9:45 a.m. Wednesday.
Green was remanded to the Fayette County Prison.

Woman grabbed
Jennifer Minerd of South Mount Vernon Avenue reported to city police that a woman known to her broke a window in her home and then grabbed her by the neck.
Minerd said the woman let go of her after her boyfriend intervened and halted the incident.
Police found the woman on the street and took her to Uniontown Hospital for treatment.

Micha L. DeShields of Dunlap Street reported to city police at 12:05 a.m. Thursday that someone broke a window in her house.

Greg Myers of Uniontown reported to city police that someone known to him assaulted him while he was working at St. John the Baptist Byzantine Church on Main Street at 11:46 p.m. Wednesday.
Police said harassment charges are pending against the accused.

Abduction attempt
City police are investigating an incident in which a man allegedly attempted to lure a boy into a vehicle on Berkley Street near Beeson Boulevard at 3:29 p.m. Wednesday.
The man was described as a white male in his mid 20s, with an average build and was wearing an orange baseball cap, a gray T-shirt and had dark curly short hair, a goatee and mustache and sideburns. He was driving an orange foreign model truck, police said.
