St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, Uniontown, was the setting for the marriage of Aleta Beth Livengood of Eldersburg, Md., and Craig Adam Held of Luthersville, Md. The Rev. Paul Frank officiated the Oct. 13 ceremony.

The bride’s parents are Richard and Judy Livengood of East Main Street, Uniontown. Parents of the bridegroom are Judith Droege of Towson, Md., and Thomas Held of Luthersville, Md.

Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a white peau satin gown with sleeveless bodice, high halter neckline and overlay of embroidered beaded Battenburg lace adorned with sequins, cathedral rain. A crown of crystals and pearls held a two-tiered fingertip veil of illusion.

Lori Knapp was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Karen Kuebler and Jocelyn Held, sister-in-law of the bridegroom. Julia Livengood, niece and godchild of the bride, was flower girl.

Best man was Christopher Held, brother of the bridegroom. Groomsmen were Brian Held, brother of the bridegroom and Michael O’Connor.

A reception followed the ceremony at the Uniontown Country Club.

The bride graduated from Laurel Highlands High School, Thiel College and Towson State University. She is employed at Board of Child Care as marketing director. She is also dance instructor at the Baltimore Dance Academy.

The bridegroom is a graduate of Towson High School and Western Illinois University. He is an industrial sales representative at Hilti Inc.

The couple honeymooned at St. Lucia, Caribbean. They reside at 4590 London Bride Road, Eldersburg, Md.
