Travis Michael Kelly, 11, of Richfield Township, Ohio, died Sunday evening, April 28, 2002, after an apparent accident at his home. He was born in Medina, Ohio.

Travis was a student at Bath Elementary School where he excelled in language arts and athletics and was active in Revere football, baseball, and wresting.

He is survived by his father, Terry L. Kelly, and mother, Michelle M. Kelly; a sister, Jessica B. Kelly; great grandmother, Victoria Forrai; grandparents: Terry and Anna Kelly, Michael (and Carolyn) Kurnot, Rose (and Rocky) Dallas; many aunts, uncles and cousins.

The Family received Friends at the BILLOW FAIRLAWN CHAPEL, 85 North Miller Road, on Thursday, May 2, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. where Services were held Friday, May 3, at 11 a.m. The Rev. John Fisk offciated.

Interment was in Fairview Cemetery in Richfield, Ohio.
