Sandra Lynn Steinhoff, 47, of Portsmouth, Va., and formerly of Smithfield, Pa., passed away Monday, May 20, 2002, in Portsmouth, Va. She was born in Pittsburgh, Pa., on July 22, 1954, a daughter of the now late Dorothy Steinhoff.

In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by a brother, Edwin E. Steinhoff.

She is survived by two daughters, Stephanie K. McDaniel and Tara Langely, both of Chesapeake, Va.; three grandchildren; and two brothers, Larry Steinhoff of Ruff Creek, Pa., and Ron Siebert of Smithfield, Pa.

The family will receive friends in the JOHN F. BROWNFIELD FUNERAL HOME OF SMITHFIELD, today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., and on Friday until 11 a.m., when services will be conducted, with the Rev. Donald Walls officiating. Interment will be in Mt. View Cemetery.
