Mr. and Mrs. David Restina of Hiller announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica A. Restina, to John J. Arminas, son of JoAnn Arminas of Uniontown and the late John J. Arminas. The bride-elect is a 1991 graduate of Brownsville High School and a 1997 graduate of the Pennsylvania State University where she received a bachelor of science degree in industrial engineering. She is currently employed at FreeMarkets, Inc., in Pittsburgh.

Her fiance is a 1990 graduate of Geibel High School and a 1994 graduate of Bethany College where he received a bachelor of arts degree in accounting and a minor in economics. In addition to being a certified public accountant, John received a law degree from the Duquesne School of Law where he was a member of the Duquesne Law Review. He currently practices law at the Law Offices of Patricia L. McGrail in White Oak.

The wedding will take place on Aug. 3 at St. Peter Church in Brownsville with a reception at the Uniontown Country Club.

The couple will reside in Mt. Lebanon.
