The following people were recently sentenced in Fayette County Court. Sentences for driving under the influence (DUI) involve a period of license suspension and generally require participation in the county’s Alcohol Safe Driving School and participation in the Ignition Interlock Program once the license is returned. Thomas Martin Elliott, 50, of Fayette City was sentenced to 90 days to 23 months in Fayette County Prison for DUI.
Keith Alan Yancey, 43, of Uniontown was sentenced to 48 hours to 23 months in Fayette County Prison for DUI.
Kevin Edmund Seiple, 23, of Fayette City was sentenced to one year probation and ordered to make restitution of $36 to Constance Grados of Fayette City for theft from a motor vehicle. On another count he was sentenced to one year probation and ordered to make restitution of $36 to Frank’s Auto Supply of Uniontown for receiving stolen property with the sentence to run at the same time as the others.
Robert Michael Newcomer, 40, of Fairchance was sentenced to three to 23 months in Fayette County Prison for simple assault.
John Randy Kozy, 46, of Uniontown was sentenced to 30 days to 23 months in Fayette County Prison for DUI.
Robert Michael Newcomer, 40, of Fairchance was sentenced to one year probation, sentence for simple assault. He will serve that sentence consecutively.
Erik Jacob Scheponik, 25, of Monongahela was sentenced to 23 months intermediate punishment with the first 60 days to be served on house arrest with electronic monitoring for DUI.
David Eugene Hennessey, 36, of Uniontown was sentenced to 48 hours to 23 months in Fayette County Prison for DUI.
Anthony Eugene Williams, 42, of Uniontown was sentenced on two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. On the first he will be imprisoned at a state correctional institution from 5 to 10 years and make restitution of $700 to Bureau of Narcotics Investigation and Drug Control of Greensburg; on the second he will be imprisoned at a state correctional institution from 5 to 10 years and make restitution of $1,000 to Bureau of Narcotics Investigation and Drug Control of Greensburg. The sentences will run consecutively.
Jeffrey Alan Younkin, 32, of Connellsville was sentenced to one year probation with the sentence to run consecutively for fleeing or attempting to elude officers. On a second count he was sentenced to 30 days to 23 months in Fayette County Prison for DUI.
James Carl Jordan, 34, of Connellsville was sentenced on two counts of retail theft. On each count he will serve six to 24 months in a state correctional institution, sentence to run concurrently.
Roger Lee Harris, 21, of Uniontown was sentenced to one to two months in a state correctional institution for possession of drug paraphernalia, sentence to run consecutively.
Victoria Lorraine Dennis, 33, of Brownsville was sentenced to two years probation for theft by unlawful taking.

George Brandon Osborn, 19, of Somerset, Ohio, was sentenced to 11 1/2 to 23 months in Fayette County Prison and ordered to make restitution of $2,500 to State Farm Insurance of Zanesville, Ohio for receiving stolen property.
Richard Louis Cossell Jr., 40, of Connellsville was sentenced to 30 days in Fayette County Prison for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Gail Renee Dillinger, 27, of Connellsville was sentenced to 48 hours to 23 months in Fayette County Prison for DUI.
Lamont Anthony Dixon, 23, of Donora was sentenced to two to four months in Fayette County Prison, sentence to run concurrently, for making false written statements to authorities.
Christopher J. Helmick, 25, of Smithfield was sentenced to two years probation for fleeing or attempting to elude police officers.
Thomas Anthony Lucy, 42, of Belle Vernon was sentenced to 30 days to 23 months in Fayette County Prison for DUI.
James Anthony Harris, 20, of Uniontown was sentenced on three cases involving one count of burglary, one count of theft and one count of indecent assault to person less than 16 years of age. His total sentence on each count is 11 1/2 to 23 months in Fayette County Prison with the sentences to run concurrently.

Gregory Scott Sisson, 39, of Mount Pleasant was sentenced to 48 hours to 23 months in Fayette County Prison for DUI.
Ronald William Burnsworth, 37, of Dunbar was sentenced to 23 months intermediate punishment, the first 90 days to be served at an approved and accredited inpatient treatment facility, followed by 90 days on house arrest with electronic monitoring for DUI. On a second case he was sentenced to 90 days Intermediate Punishment on house arrest with electronic monitoring for driving while license is suspended or revoked.
Alexander Emmanuel Rodriquez, 20, of Uniontown was sentenced to one to six months in Fayette County Prison for receiving stolen property.
Bernard J. Kremposky, 44, of West Leisenring was sentenced to six to 12 months in Fayette County Prison for disorderly conduct.
Melissa Ann Means, 24, of Ohiopyle was sentenced on eight counts of writing bad checks. On each count she will serve 90 days probation for a total of two years, sentences to run consecutively and must make restitution of $560 to Bartalotta’s Giant Eagle of Uniontown.

Gertrude Lucille Paugh, 41, of Point Marion was sentenced to 48 hours to 23 months in Fayette County Prison and ordered to make restitution of $5,028.50 to J. Oravets of Masontown, $2,000 to E.L. Moreland of Lake Lynn, Pa. and $9,500 to Erie Insurance Co. of Erie for DUI.
Kevin Michael Moger, no age listed, of Wickhaven was sentenced to two years probation and ordered to make restitution of $40.69 to Helen Spanko of Uniontown for theft by unlawful taking.
Mark Steven Bertovich, 47, of Daisytown was sentenced to 48 hours to 23 months in Fayette County Prison for DUI.
Melissa Ann Means, 24, of Chalk Hill was sentenced on three separate counts. On the first she was sentenced to one year probation for forgery; on the second she was sentenced to one year probation and ordered to make restitution of $350 to Amanda Hartman for writing bad checks and on the third she was sentenced to one year probation with the sentences to run concurrently, for making false reports to law enforcement authorities.

Pamela Rose Jellots, 41, of Isabella was sentenced to two years probation and ordered to make restitution of $2,555 to Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare for welfare fraud.
Joseph Allen Russ, 48, of Grindstone was sentenced to 90 days to 23 months in Fayette County Prison for DUI.

James Edward Earnesty, 26, of Scottdale was sentenced on two counts of DUI. On the first he will serve 11 1/2 months intermediate punishment, first 60 days to be served on house arrest with electronic monitoring with the sentence to run consecutively. He was ordered to make restitution of $500 to Mindy and Joseph Dugger of Everson and $331.29 to Harleysville Insurance Co. of Moorestown, N.J.. On the second he will serve 11 1/2 months intermediate punishment with the first 12 days to be served on house arrest with electronic monitoring.
Selma Jane Furin, 50, of Greensburg was sentenced to 23 months intermediate punishment with the first 14 days to be served at an accredited and approved inpatient treatment facility followed by 46 days on house arrest with electronic monitoring for DUI.
David Dylon Naugle, 24, of New Salem was sentenced to 12 months intermediate punishment, the first 60 days to be served on house arrest with electronic monitoring for possession of drugs.
Melissa Katherine Collins, 33, of Ronco was sentenced to 11 1/2 to 23 months in Fayette County Prison for aggravated assault.
Ronald Lee Knopsnider, no age listed, of Connellsville was sentenced on three counts of writing bad checks. On each of the first two counts he will serve one year probation and make restitution of $330 to Pechin Shopping Village, $470 to Edward Malys Jr. and on the third he will serve 30 days to 23 months in Fayette County Prison, make restitution of $563 to Vivian Lucy with the sentences to run consecutively.

Mark Robert Hiltabidel, 38, of Connellsville was sentenced to 3 to 23 months in Fayette County Prison and ordered to make restitution of $50 to Speedy Meedy’s at University Drive, Dunbar for robbery.
Dustin Van Evans, 21, of Hiller was sentenced to 48 hours to 23 months in Fayette County Prison for DUI.
Robert Samuel Turner, 37, of Lemont Furnace was sentenced on two counts. On the first he will serve 12 months probation. Restitution will be determined at a hearing to be set by the court. The sentence will run consecutively, for an accident involving death and injury. On a second count he will serve 90 days intermediate punishment to be served on house arrest with electronic monitoring for driving while his license was suspended.

Christal Lynn Radolec, 26, of Markleysburg was sentenced to 23 months intermediate punishment, the first 180 days to be served on house arrest with electronic monitoring and ordered to make restitution of $1,000 to Calvin Hughes of Connellsville for DUI.
