Sumega pitches Brownsville Legion past Masontown American Legion

Masontown 5, Colonial 5 – Masontown and Colonial battled it out, but ended up tied after nine innings.

Colonial’s Chad Rice and Masontown’s Mike Budinsky both went 3-4 with a double and two singles.

Brandon Williams and Jason Rechichar both had two singles for Colonial. Craig Hriblan and Jerome Manchas also had two singles a piece for Masontown.

Wes Kisner was the starting pitcher for Masontown. Kisner threw one strikeout and three walks.

The game will be completed at a later date either as a continuation or as a doubleheader.
