Jennifer L. Hosmer (Rugg) Lowdermilk, 29, of Friendsville, Md., went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, Oct. 30, 2002. She was born April 22, 1973, in Meyersdale, Pa., daughter of Nancy Hosmer of Markleysburg, Pa., and Larry Rugg of Mill Run, Pa.

Preceding her in death was her maternal guardian, Steven R. Hosmer Jr.

Jennifer was a member of the Grace Methodist Church and attended the Asher Glade Church of the Brethren.

Surviving, in addition to her parents, are her loving husband, Rodney Lowdermilk; her loving children, Kate Elizabeth, Hannah Lea, Haley Dawn and Jacob Carl Lowdermilk, all at home; her stepmother, Penny Rugg of Mill Run, Pa.; paternal grandparents, Clayton and Betty Rugg of Mill Run, Pa.; maternal guardian, Elizabeth Hosmer of Confluence; a brother, Steven Rugg and a sister, Cindy Rugg, both of Mill Run, Pa.; a brother, Scott and Terry Fazenbaker and a sister, Gerri Fazenbaker, all of Confluence, Pa.; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Wilbur and Donna Lowdermilk of Friendsville, Md.; a sister-in-law, Renee and husband, Greg Williams of Front Royal, Va.; aunts and uncles, Darlene Morrison, Emma Ruth Marascalco, Steven Hosmer III, Clayton Rugg and Nancy and Kathy Rugg; and many nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received in the CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME, Route 40, Farmington, Pa., (724) 329-1418 today from noon to 1 p.m., the hour of service, in Markleysburg Church of the Brethren, with the Rev. Joe Brown and the Rev. Nevin Umbel officiating.
