Man found guilty A Uniontown man was convicted of two counts each of corruption of minors and unlawful contact or communication with a minor Wednesday in Fayette County Court.

Delbert W. Victor Jr., 38 of 33 Lemon Wood Acres, North Union Township, allegedly talked suggestively about sex to a 9- and 11-year-old girl in 2000.

President Judge William J. Franks will sentence Victor at a later date.

DUI conviction

Leonard Glenn Williams, 39, of Uniontown was convicted of driving under the influence of alcohol Wednesday in Fayette County Court.

Williams, of 137 Millers Farm Road was charged by state police on Nov. 14, 2001 for driving drunk in North Union Township.

He will be sentenced at a later date.

Mixed verdict returned

Fayette County jurors acquitted a Connellsville man of burglary, theft and receiving stolen property, but convicted him of criminal trespass in a mixed verdict handed down Tuesday afternoon.

William Lawrence Primus, 34, of 1324 Springfield Pike was charged by South Connellsville police with on Nov. 9, 1999.

He will be sentenced on the guilty charge at a later date in court.
