SENIOR CHRISTMAS TOUR of Oglebay Park, Wheeling, W.Va., will be held Nov. 30. Bus will leave at 1:30 p.m. Price is $15. Dinner will be at the Cafeteria in St. Clairsville. SOUTH BROWNSVILLE united Methodist church, 412 Second St., Brownsville, will hold a health screening in conjunction with the Brownsville General Hospital on Friday from 9 to 10 a.m. in the church social hall. Free blood pressure tests will be held. Cholesterol test is $3 and blood sugar, $2. Participants are to fast from eating for 12 hours. Next screening will be Jan. 9.
ST. HUBERT ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH, 9 Sadler St., Point Marion, Rosary Altar and Christian Mothers will hold a turkey bingo Sunday beginning at 2 p.m. in Rosary Hall. Admission is free, but cards are 25 cents each and $1 for specials. Light refreshments will be available.
AMERICAN FEDERATION OF STATE, COUNTY AND MUNICIPAL RETIREES Local Chapter 8404 will meet at 1 p.m. Thursday at the Amvets Post 103, Hopwood, to celebrate their annual Christmas dinner.
LAUREL HIGHLANDS HIGH SCHOOL BAND BOOSTERS will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday at the high school. All band parents are urge to attend.
