State police said someone threw a cinder block through the front door of 77 Market St. on Monday at 3:32 a.m.

Car damaged

According to state police, someone stole a homemade go-cart and damaged a vehicle owned by Devon Rogers of Carmichaels along the south side of First Street between 2 p.m. July 4 and 7:30 a.m. Sunday.

Vehicles collide

According to state police, vehicles operated by a 16-year-old McClellandtown girl and Charlotte Cerullo, 60, of Masontown collided at the intersection of Ronco Road and Varsity Lane Nov. 7 at 4:50 p.m.

Items stolen

John Paulicko of Fairbank told state police that someone stole a JVC compact disc receiver, a subwoofer box containing two 12-inch speakers, an amplifier and a pair of work boots from his 121 Moore Ave. residence between 9 p.m. Monday and 5 a.m. Wednesday.

Man charged

State police said charges were filed before District Justice Ronald Haggerty against James Earnesty, 22, of Connellsville for allegedly stealing a vehicle owned by Jefferey Rowan, 20, also of Connellsville, from the Sheetz parking lot at the intersection of Route 119 and Route 982 at 9:05 p.m. Nov. 4.

Earnesty crashed along Longanecker Road a short time later, police said. Earnesty is being held in the Fayette County Prison in lieu of $5,000 bond.

Mailbox damaged

Johnella Wise of Waynesburg told state police that someone carved profanity into her mailbox at her Valley Farm Drive residence between 4 p.m. Saturday and 12:30 p.m. Tuesday.
