Jeffrey Michael Kitta, son of Dan and Cathy Kitta of Newboro, celebrates his 14th birthday today. He is an eighth-grade student at Ben Franklin School and an altar server at St. Thomas Church, Footedale. Jeffrey has a sister, Christy Lynne, a junior nursing student at Waynesburg College. He is the grandson of Elaine Beck of Merrittstown and the late Robert Beck, and Madelyn Kitta of Newboro and the late Valentine Kitta. A family celebration in Pittsburgh was held in his honor. Annika K. Erdely celebrated her fifth birthday on Nov. 4. She is the daughter of Roger and Stacey Erdely of Perryopolis. She is a tap and acrobat student at Bonnie’s Dance Studio. She is a preschool student at St. John Preschool in Perryopolis. Her sister, Kenadi, is 10 months old. Maternal grandfather is Michael Rubish of Perryopolis. Paternal grandparents are Roger and Sandy Erdely of Star Junction. A party at McDonald’s was held in her honor.
