Gloria J. Wensing of Brook Park, Ohio, passed away Friday, Nov. 15, 2002, at Southwest General Hospital, Middleburg Heights, Ohio. Surviving are a daughter, Donnette (Thomas F.) and granddaughter, A. Brittany Calhoon, all of Columbus; a sister, Charlotte Dowling of Uniontown, Pa.; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Henry T., brother, Charles; and brother-in-law, Robert Dowling, all of Uniontown.

Gloria was a cherished mother, wife and grandmother, who dedicated her life to her family and friends.

Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., on Monday and from 10 to 10:30 a.m., on Tuesday at TOMON & SONS FUNERAL HOME, 7327 Pearl Rd., Middleburg Heights. A Funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m., in St. John Bosco Church, 6480 Pearl Rd. Interment will be in St. Mount Macrina Cemetery, Uniontown, Pa. A memorial service will be celebrated in Columbus, on Friday, Nov. 22, 2002, at 3:30 p.m., at St. Brendan’s Church, 4475 Dublin Rd., Hilliard. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Gloria J. Wensing Scholarship Fund, c/o Hilliard Education Foundation, 5323 Cemetery Rd., Hilliard, OH 43026.
