Stereo stolen

State police said someone broke a window on Dirk S. Hartman’s car in an alley behind 106 W. Church St. between 2 and 5:30 a.m. Thursday and stole the stereo and some change.

Hit-and-run probed

State police said Jeffrey Roberts, 37, of Hopwood was not injured when a hit-and-run driver struck the vehicle he was driving on Route 51 near CoGo’s at 5:50 a.m. Thursday. The other car was red, possibly a Chevrolet Cavalier, and was driven by white man, possibly 20 to 30 years old.

Window broken

State police said a window on a car owned by Brenda Burkholder of Perryopolis was broken along Memorial Drive between 1 and 8 a.m. Nov. 12.

Windshield broken

State police said the windshield on a vehicle owned by Cindi Hiles of Daisytown was broken along Hemlock Lane at 3:35 a.m. Thursday.

Citations filed

Harassment citations were filed against Thomas McGee, 29, of Hopwood for allegedly slapping Shirley Harmon, 31, of Smithfield and pushing and shoving Jeremy Wolfe, 27, of Smithfield at 12:10 a.m. Friday at a Clark Road residence, state police said.

North Union Twp.

Car vandalized

State police said someone broke the windshield on a car owned by Paula Ross of Uniontown with a beer bottle at 11:30 p.m. Thursday along Edison Boulevard, just west of Connellsville Street.

South Union Twp.

Cars collide

State police said Vincent Bloom, 74, of Smock and David L. Finfrock, 32, of Uniontown were involved in an accident on New Salem Road at 6:55 p.m. Thursday. Bloom had two passengers. No injuries were reported.

Rostraver Twp.

Two-vehicle accident

State police said neither Lisa Zolock of Belle Vernon nor Elise Mora of Pittsburgh was injured in a two-vehicle accident Friday at the intersection of Route 51 and a legislative route.

Hempfield Twp.

Car crash reported

State police at Greensburg investigated a three-vehicle accident Thursday on Route 30, Westmoreland County, involving drivers Erin Kuhns of Greensburg, Christina Ackerman of North Huntingdon and Paul Larose Jr. of Masontown.

South Union Twp.

Man shoved

State police said a known man reportedly shoved Donald C. Santore, 29, and threw a rock through the window of Santore’s vehicle during an argument Thursday on Derrick Avenue.

Man injured

City police said James Lincoln, 40, of North Gallatin Avenue was hit by the driver of a blue four-door Oldsmobile while he was riding a bicycle at 3:10 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of East Main and Penn streets. He was treated at Uniontown Hospital for a cut on the back of his head.

Woman cited

Wanda Jean Harden, 29, of New Salem was cited for harassment and traffic violations after she allegedly beat up Tiffany Klippi, 24, no address given, in a Main Street parking lot at 12:25 a.m. Friday, city police said. Police said she fled after the incident and was pulled over on Iowa Street.

Henry Clay Twp.

Driver injured

State police said Erica Lee, 24, of Addison suffered minor injuries when her car struck a tractor-trailer truck parked on the berm of Route 40 Saturday near Glisan’s Restaurant. Police said two occupants of the parked vehicle, Sudhakar Chowdiah, 43, and Lisa Chowdiah, 34, both of Cherry Tree, Pa., were not injured.
