Gladys Greenlee McDonald, 102 years, believed to be the oldest resident of Bentleyville, Pa., passed away Sunday, November 17, 2002 in her home. Gladys attended Farquhar’s School which was located on her father’s farm. She enjoyed being a homemaker.

She was a member of the Bentleyville United Methodist Church for 87 years where she was a charter member of the United Methodist Women.

She is survived by five children: Irene Umbel of Bentleyville, Jean Alsko of Bentleyville, Wayne McDonald of Washington, Gayle Segedl of Lincoln Park, MI., and Carole McDonald of Bentleyville; 11 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren and 10 great great grandchildren.

Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. today and from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday in the Greenlee Funeral Home, 619 Main St., Bentleyville, Pa. where services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday.
