State police said someone took a bumper from a vehicle at Phil Detweiler, Inc. on McClellandtown Road sometime between 6:30 p.m. Monday and 1:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Two-vehicle accident
State police said drivers Michelle Lynn Myers and William A. Sebulsky, both of Point Marion, were involved in an accident Wednesday at 5 p.m. along Main Street. Neither driver was injured, police said.

Criminal mischief
Stacy Jeffries told state police someone damaged windows at her Enamel Street home sometime between 9:30 and 11:30 p.m. Wednesday.

State police said someone took a tarbuggy from a stockyard owned by Roscoe Enterprises of Clairton sometime between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. Wednesday.

Machine taken
Anthony Mays of Point Marion told state police someone took a beverage vending machine from in front of his business sometime between 4 p.m. Friday and 8:30 a.m. Monday.
Perry Twp.
ATV taken
Richard Michael Uhrin of Star Junction told state police a 14-year-old male took an ATV without his permission sometime between 3 and 5 p.m. Sunday. Police said charges were filed against the teen with the Fayette County Juvenile Probation Office.

Gun stolen
Thomas G. Windgrove of Normalville told state police said that someone took his gun from his residence after a disturbance along Hawkins Hollow Road on Nov. 8 at 12:10 a.m.

Man injured
State police said William R. Tolnai Jr. of Uniontown swerved to avoid a deer near Upper Middletown when he lost control of his vehicle Wednesday at 6 a.m. Tolnai suffered minor injuries in the accident, police said.

Arlene Joann Softa, 37, of Keisterville told state police someone entered her vehicle between 7 p.m. Tuesday and 7:30 a.m. Wednesday and took several items.

Car theft
Bruce Soisson, 45, of Connellsville told state police someone took his vehicle from his driveway along Spruce Hollow Road sometime between 3 p.m. Tuesday and 6 a.m. Wednesday.
Cumberland Twp.
DUI
State police said charges are pending against a Nemacolin man who was stopped by police Tuesday at 12:20 a.m. along Stagecoach Road. According to police, the man was arrested for DUI and refused to provide police with a breath sample. Police said the charges will be filed at the office of District Justice Lee Watson.
Connellsville
Man held
A Connellsville man was ordered held for court Thursday following a hearing before District Justice Ronald Haggerty on charges of endangering the welfare of his infant son.
James Taylor Jr., 19, of 105 Greely Alley, took his 4-month-old son outdoors for approximately 20 minutes without appropriate clothing.
Police were called by Taylor’s father, who said his son had left the house with the baby after he and his son had gotten into an argument.
The infant was wearing pajamas, one sock and a blanket when Taylor left the house with him.

William Carl Close, 32, of East Millsboro told state police someone took tools belonging to him from a Bute Road location sometime between Friday evening and Monday afternoon.

Signs taken
State police said signs, flags and sign stands belonging to the state Department of Transportation were stolen from Route 711 near Normalville Tuesday at 2 p.m.
Uniontown
Camera stolen
Uniontown police said a city-owned Jeep used by acting fire chief Myron Nypaver was parked at his Byrer Avenue home at 6:45 a.m. Wednesday when someone entered it and stole a $700 Sony digital camera. The theft remains under investigation.
Connellsville
Hearing continued
A hearing for three child-care workers charged with endangering the welfare of a child has been continued for 60 days.
Crystal Dawn Eutsey, 40, of 106 N. Cottage Ave., Ashley Dawn Liston, 20, of 115 Broadway Ave., and Gina Marie Kimmel, 20, of 331 Narrows Road, all in Connellsville, were charged after allegedly overmedicating a child at the Discovery Time Day Care Center in August.
According to the complaint filed by police with District Justice Ronald Haggerty, the child was to be given 0.7 milligrams of medicine three times while he was at the day care.
Instead he was given ten times that amount four times in one day.
The child’s mother took the child to Highlands Hospital after finding him listless when she returned to pick him up in the afternoon.
