Indecent assault

State police said a 4-year-old girl reported that an adult male known to her had indecent contact with her at a North Union Township home sometime between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Saturday. Police said they are investigating the incident.

Criminal mischief

Mark Andrew Pepe of Dunbar told state police someone damaged his shed door sometime between 11 a.m. Thursday and 3:30 p.m. Sunday.

North Union Twp.

Theft

Timothy Reid Martin, 49, of Hopwood told state police a window in his vehicle was broken and several items were taken from the vehicle sometime between 5 p.m. Saturday and 8 a.m. Sunday.

Window damaged

Diana M. McCoy of Uniontown told state police someone broke a window in her apartment in Pershing Court sometime between 12 p.m. Friday and 3 p.m. Sunday.

German Twp.

Burglary

Joseph M. Hackney of McClellandtown told state police someone entered his Messmore Road garage sometime between 9 p.m. Nov. 16 and 5 p.m. Nov. 18 and took several items.

Car stolen

Thomas Thurby of Farmington told state police someone took his vehicle from a Mountain View Street location sometime between 3:45 and 5:40 a.m. Thursday.

Connellsville Twp.

Attempted theft

Nancy Anderson of South Connellsville told state police someone attempted to steal her vehicle from her South Pittsburgh Street home sometime between 9:30 p.m. Friday and 6 a.m. Saturday.

Bullskin Twp.

One-vehicle accident

State police said Eric P. Krieger of Connellsville lost control of his vehicle while attempting to negotiate a curve along Quail Hill Road Saturday at 9:15 a.m. The vehicle struck a utility pole and rolled onto its right side, police said, but police did not report any injuries.

Georges Twp.

Two-vehicle accident

State police said drivers Michael J. Spino of Rices Landing and Wayne E. Blair of Masontown were involved in an accident Friday at 7:45 p.m. at the intersection of Big Six Road and Church Street in Fairchance. Police said neither driver was injured in the accident.

Dunbar Twp.

Home entered

Shannon Lee Hughes of Dunbar said someone entered her home on Nov. 16 and took two debit cards.

Perry Twp.

Man cited

State police said cited Kenneth Herspold, 58, of Star Junction with public drunkenness after he was allegedly found highly intoxicated at the intersection of Route 21 and Perry Road Sunday at 1:15 a.m.

Bullskin Twp.

Man injured

According to state police, Albert Lovis, 59, sustained moderate injuries when the vehicle he was driving crashed into a telephone pole along Everson Valley Road Friday at 5:06 p.m.

Menallen Twp.

Vehicles collide

According to state police, a 17-year-old Dublin, Ohio, boy and Joseph Costelnik, 19, of Uniontown sustained minor injuries when the vehicles they were operating crashed at the intersection of New Salem and Kaider Roads Sunday at 2:15 a.m.

North Union Twp.

Vehicle found

State police said Joseph Squirek of Hopwood found a burned 1990 GMC pickup while he was riding his all terrain vehicle in the woods behind 451 Hopwood/Coolspring Road Saturday at 5:30 p.m.

Saltlick Twp.

Vehicle recovered

State police said a White Geo Tracker was found burned along Knopsnyder Road Saturday at 7:10 p.m.

North Union Twp.

Cars crash

According to state police, Christy Yourich, 26, of Dunbar sustained minor injuries when the vehicle she was operating collided with a vehicle driven by Paul Stiner, 46, of Lemont Furnace along Coolspring/Jumonville Road Saturday at 7:30 p.m.

South Union Twp.

Charges pending

State police said charges against a Dunbar woman for driving under the influence of alcohol are pending the results of a blood alcohol test after the vehicle she was driving crashed into a mailbox along Dixon Boulevard Sunday at 12:45 a.m.

Beallsville

Man charged

According to state police, charges for underage drinking and public drunkenness were filed against John Parshall, 20, of Beallsville after he was found to be under the influence of alcohol and passed out in the middle of Chestnut Street Friday at 9:50 p.m.
