Good-Brisebois
United in marriage were Nancy Brisebois of Daventry Way, Germantown, Md., and John Good, also of Germantown, Md. The ceremony took place July 27 at St. Joseph Cathedral, Saint-Jerome, Quebec, Canada. The Rev. Andrew D’Aout officiated.
The bride’s father is Gilles Brisebois of Blainville, Quebec, Canada. The bridegroom’s parents are Thomas and Helen Good of Sutton Avenue, Hopwood.
Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a strapless satin gown adorned with a pearl trim. A matching headpiece held a veil of illusion.
Isabelle Bonneville from Montreal, Canada, was maid of honor. Sara Loser, niece of the bridegroom, was flower girl.
Best man was Steve Loser, brother-in-law of the bridegroom, Harrisburg. Usher was Eric Brisebois, brother of the bride, Montreal. Ring bearer was Mathieu Brisebois, nephew of the bride.
A reception was held at the home of the bride’s father in Montreal.
The bride graduated in 1998 from the University of Quebec at Montreal with a bachelor of arts degree in education. She is employed in Human Resources in Rockville, Md.
The bridegroom is a 1985 graduate of Laurel Highlands High School and a 1993 graduate of the University of Montana with a bachelor of arts degree in philosophy. He is a computer specialist with the National Cancer Institute in Maryland.
The couple honeymooned in Montreal and Quebec and are now residing at 13420 Daventry Way, Germantown.
