Stabbing
Borough police said three juveniles were charged after a stabbing at Fort Mason Village Nov. 12 at approximately 10:15 p.m. According to police, Shawn Guthrie, 24, of North Main Street was stabbed nine times in the back during the altercation.
One of the juveniles, a 15-year-old from McClellandtown, was charged as an adult with aggravated assault, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and criminal conspiracy, police said. The juvenile was arraigned before District Justice Brenda Cavalcante and is awaiting a preliminary hearing in January, police said.
Guthrie was flown by medical helicopter to Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, W.Va. after the incident, but has since been released, police said.

Eluding police
State police said charges are pending against an 18-year-old Nemacolin man who led them on a high-speed chase along Route 21 Friday evening. According to police, the man passed another vehicle in a no-passing zone near Rolling Meadows Road around 9:35 p.m. and continued traveling at a high rate of speed as police were attempting to pull him over. The man turned off his headlights and hid behind storage units along Kovalcheck Road, but was later apprehended in Carmichaels.

Burglary
Borough police said two juveniles were charged with burglary, theft, receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy after they took a motorcycle from a West Church Avenue home Friday at approximately 12:30 a.m. Police said the vehicle was recovered after the incident.

Harassment
State police at Waynesburg said Kenneth Matthew Carson, 25, and Elizabeth Carmen Meacham, 22, both of Waynesburg, were cited for harassment after an incident Thursday at 3:16 p.m. in Wayne Village. Citations were filed at the office of District Justice Neil Canan, police said.
Carmichaels
Disorderly conduct
State police said Charles Edward Titchenell, 18, of Carmichaels was cited for disorderly conduct after he failed to leave the scene of an incident Friday at 9:45 p.m. along Route 88. The citation was filed at the office of District Justice Lee Watson, police said.

No injuries
State police said Larry Nathan Shepard II, 19, of Fairmont, W.Va., lost control of his vehicle Friday at 11 p.m. along Interstate 79 and struck a guide rail.

Criminal mischief
John Moccaldi of Greensboro told state police someone damaged his vehicle at an unknown date and time.

Vehicle damaged
Margaret Rutan, 43, of Waynesburg told state police her vehicle was damaged in an accident Thursday along Route 21. Police said neither Rutan nor her passenger, Edward Williams Sr., 45, of Waynesburg, were injured in the accident.
