UNIONTOWN AREA GARDEN CLUB COUNCIL will meet Wednesday at 11:30 a.m. at the Uniontown Country Club for the annual Christmas luncheon. Members are reminded to bring items for Project Bundle-Up. Reservations must be made by Monday with Connie Strohm at 724-329-5763. CURFEW GRANGE and Flatwoods Fire Department will hold a hunter’s breakfast Monday from 4 to 9 a.m. at Curfew Grange hall. Cost is $4. Buckwheat cakes, pancakes, sausage, eggs, toast, potatoes and beverage will be served.

LEGION CLUB of Uniontown, social members only, will meet at 1:15 p.m. Monday. Dues and LCB restrictions will be discussed.

GIG COFFEEHOUSE, Route 857, Fairchance, will be closed Friday.

LAUREL HIGHLANDS CLASS OF 2003 POST PROM COMMITTEE will meet at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Laurel Highlands Senior High School cafeteria. Seniors and their parents are requested to attend.

ST. RITA’S CHRISTIAN MOTHERS, Connellsville, will hold a cookie sale on Dec. 7 at 9 a.m. at the parish hall, South First Street, Connellsville. Italian cookies and other varieties will be available.

FARMINGTON FREE METH-ODIST CHURCH will hold a hunter’s breakfast beginning at 4 a.m. Monday at the social hall. Proceeds benefit the Lighthouse Christian Academy. Buckwheat cakes, pancakes, sausage, homefries, applesauce, beverage is $5 for adults and $3 for children under age 12.

MOUNTAIN CITIZENS ACTION GROUP, 39 Old Dinnerbell Road, just off Route 40 at Farmington will offer pneumonia and flu shots on Dec. 5 from 1 to 3 p.m., while supplies last. For more information, call 724-329-4260.

FRIDAY NIGHT FAIRCHANCE GROUP OF AA meets at 6:30 at the Trinity United Methodist Church, Main Street, Fairchance.

SUNDAY NIGHT GROUP OF AA meets at 6:30 at the Tradition One Club, Colonial Plaza, Connellsville Street, Uniontown.

FRESH START GROUP OF AA meets at noon Saturdays at the Free Methodist Church, Hopwood-Coolspring Road, Hopwood.

YOUGHIOGHENY WESTERN BAPTIST ASSOCIATION will hold its craft and bake sale on Dec. 7, starting at noon.

CRIME VICTIMS’ CENTER, Uniontown, will hold its “Homes for the Holidays” house tour on Dec. 8 from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. Tickets are on sale for $20 for the tour and $20 for the dinner. A special dinner at Caileigh’s of Uniontownwill follow the tour. A limited number of tickets are available. For more information, call 724-438-1470.
