Olga K. DiLuzio
Olga K. DiLuzio, age 89, of Clinton Township, Michigan, and formerly of Republic, Pa., passed away Wednesday, Nov. 27, 2002, in St. Joseph Hospital, Clinton Township, Mich. She was born Oct. 5, 1913, in Palmer, Pa., a daughter of Agostino DiRenzi and Santina Catalano DiRenzi.
Olga was a member of the Church of the Madonna, Cardale, Pa., the Confraternity of Christian Mothers, C.D. of A. Court Brownsville, Pa., Pietro Micca Lodge of Sons of Italy, Republic, and the Republic Fire Co. Ladies Auxiliary. Olga was retired from the Fayette County Courthouse voters’ registration office.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard DiLuzio, in 1954, sisters Ida DiFigio and Jean Hodgson, and brothers Frank DiRenzi and Gene Tontoni.
Surviving are two daughters, Anita Fitzmaurice and her husband, Jim, and Barbara Marella and her husband, Frank, all of Clinton Twp., Mich.; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Friends will be received in the ROBERT T. KISH FUNERAL HOME INC., Legion Street, Republic, Pa., on Sunday, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., and Monday, Dec. 2, until 9:30 a.m., when a prayer service will be held. A Funeral Mass follows at 10 a.m. in the Church of the Madonna, with the Rev. Fr. James Clark as celebrant. Interment will be in St. Mary Cemetery, Cardale, Pa.
