Plea bargain in works Man pleads guilty

Robert Scott Martin pleaded guilty on Monday to multiple counts of using another man’s MAC card to withdraw nearly $10,000 from National City Bank banking machines.

Martin admitted to using Robert W. King’s card on nine occasions between January and March 2001, and said he was not permitted to do so.

Under a deal with Fayette County prosecutors, Martin paid back $9,855.50 to National City Bank and will receive a term of probation to be determined by Judge Conrad B. Capuzzi.
