Juvenile charged
Criminal charges were filed in the Fayette County juvenile probation office against a juvenile who was found with a knife, a pipe with possible marijuana residue and a pack of cigarettes on Aug. 29 at the Fayette County Area Vocational Technical School, state police in Uniontown said.

Warrant arrest
State police in Uniontown said two suspected crack pipes were found on Lemont Ford of Republic on Sept. 24, when he was arrested on a warrant on Steele Street in Republic.

Motorcycle accident
William Kelley III, 49, and his passenger Constance Kelley, 47, both of Jeannette, were injured Sept. 2 on Three Mile Hill on Route 31 where a coyote ran into the front wheel of their motorcycle, state police said. They were transported to Westmoreland Hospital. They were wearing helmets.
South Huntingdon Twp.
Two-vehicle accident
State police said Thomas J. Sutter, 29, of Ruffsdale collided with a piece of farm equipment that was being towed by a tractor driven by Ronald Kimmell, 30, of Scottdale on Pittsburgh Pike southbound near Gressly Road. Sutter was flown by medical helicopter to Mercy Hospital for an apparent hand injury. His car was severely damaged. Kimmell was not injured and his tractor had light damage. South Huntingdon-Yukon Volunteer Fire Department and Rostraver EMS also responded to the accident.

Theft reported
State police said Darlene Albright, 49, of Uniontown reported that her purse was stolen from her shopping cart at Giant Eagle between 1:45 and 2:15 p.m. Sunday.

One-car accident
State police said Bobbi Jo Friend, 28, of Brownsville lost control of her car and hit a concrete wall along New Salem Road at 8:20 a.m. Sept. 10.
She and her 5-year-old passenger were transported to Uniontown Hospital. Her car was severely damaged.

Girl assaulted
State police said a 14-year-old girl was charged with harassment before District Justice Randy Abraham after allegedly punching Lindsey N. Price, 14, of Adah in the face numerous times in the cafeteria of Albert Gallatin High School at 9:50 a.m. Wednesday.
Police said Price suffered cuts to her face and head, and a blow to her left ear made her dizzy. She was treated at Uniontown Hospital.

Woman charged
State police said Christian Marie Curry, 18, of Belle Vernon was charged with driving under the influence and related charges before District Justice Mike Defino after her alleged involvement in a two-vehicle accident on Messmore Road on Aug. 7.

Man not injured
No injuries were reported when a vehicle operated by Adam B. Rugg, 26, of Mill Run left Breakiron Road, struck a fence and traveled through a yard before striking a tree at 5:34 a.m. Wednesday, state police said.

An employee at the 7-Eleven convenience on Route 21 told state police that a 6-foot white man, 25 to 35 years old, weighing about 250 pounds fled in a dark Mercury coupe with AK on the back window without paying for $10 in gasoline at 12:12 p.m. Friday.

Woman stalked
Audrey William, 30, of Uniontown told state police that a white man followed her through Wal-Mart making sexual statements at 6 a.m. Monday.

Man arrested
State police said Troy Laws was arrested for recklessly endangering others after he allegedly shot a firearm in the direction of a home occupied by Amanda Shultz, Stephanie Shultz, Paul Laws and Carrie Saylor on Aug. 8.

Cheryl Ila Calhoun of Fayette City told state police she was attempting to turn her car around on Archbridge Road when she backed off the roadway and over an embankment at 3:05 a.m. Sunday.

State police said Jodi L. Cecil suffered a minor injury after she fell asleep while driving on Hickory Road and struck two parked cars at 4:445 a.m. Wednesday.

State police said Hilary Sine, 19, of Carmichaels was cited for disorderly conduct for allegedly making unreasonable noise, waking her neighbors, at 5:20 a.m. Sunday.

State police at Waynesburg said Chad Alan Crile, 19, of Marianna was charged with driving under the influence after police stopped him for a traffic violation on Route 19 at 3:37 a.m. Saturday.

Loretta Grim of Bobtown told state police that someone took $25 from her home between 6 and 7 p.m. Saturday.

State police said Stacy Grim of Bobtown was charged with harassment after she allegedly grabbed Loretta Grim of Bobtown by the shirt and shoved her at 7:55 p.m. Saturday.

Man charged
Paul Kennedy of Waynesburg was charged with harassment after he allegedly grabbed a 15-year-old boy by the neck and threw him into a chair in Wayne Village at 9:30 p.m. Saturday, state police at Waynesburg said.

Burglary reported
Cherida Dawn Huffman, 31, of Mount Morris told state police that between Sept. 19 and 25, her Beall Road home was entered and several items were removed.
