Ronald D. Hetrick
Ronald Duwayne Hetrick, 39, of Seattle, Wash., formerly of Grindstone, Pa., passed suddenly Sunday, Aug. 4, 2002. Ron was born Feb. 6, 1963, in the Uniontown Hospital and was the son of Raymond H. Hetrick Sr.
He was preceded in death by his loving mother, Margaret Annetta Hetrick.
In addition to his father, he is survived by a brother, Raymond H. Hetrick Jr., and wife, Regina of East Millsboro, Pa.; and only nephew and niece, Raymond Jacob (Jake) and Kayla Ann, whom he loved dearly. Also surviving are a brother, Richard B. Hetrick of Grindstone, Pa.; a sister, Sharon K. Hetrick of New Jersey, his youngest brother, Robert G. Hetrick and wife, Shannon of Grindstone, Pa.; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Ron was a 1982 graduate of Brownsville High School and was active in football, wrestling and track.
He enlisted in the United States Marine Corps after high school and received an honorable discharge.
Ron was a good hearted, loving person that will be sadly missed. He will live on in all of our hearts forever.
Services for family and friends will be held at the FIRST UNITED METHODIST CHURCH, 215 Church St., Brownsville, PA 15417, at 11 a.m., on Saturday, Oct. 5, 2002.
