Maybelle Omlor
Maybelle Sanner Omlor, 80, of Star Junction, Pa., died Wednesday, Oct. 2, 2002, at 9:50 p.m., in Highlands Hospital, Connellsville, Pa. She was born Feb. 1, 1922, in Keisterville, Pa., daughter of the late Frank and Martha Ann Growall Sanner.
Maybelle was a member and pianist for the Star Junction Baptist Church.
She is a retired employee of Anchor Hocking Cap Plant.
Maybelle is the last surviving member of her immediate family.
Surviving are her husband, Fred J. Omlor; a special niece, Pearl Shirocky of Dickerson Run, Pa.; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Lloyd, Charles and Clark Sanner; and one sister, Mary (Nettie) Robbins.
Friends will be received in the BLAIR-LOWTHER FUNERAL HOME INC., 106 East Independence St., Perryopolis, on Saturday from 7 to 9 p.m., on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., and on Monday until 11 a.m., the hour of service, with Pastor Donald Bowser officiating. Interment will be in Kingwood I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Kingwood, Pa. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Star Junction Baptist Church, Star Junction, PA 15482.
