Rev. Howard E. Brown Jr.
Rev. Howard E. Brown Jr., 74, of Greenville, S.C., passed away on Saturday, Aug. 24, 2002. He was born in Collingswood, N.J., son of the late Howard E. Brown Sr., and Frances Early Brown.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Craig C. Brown.
Rev. Brown was a retired Presbyterian minister, having pastored churches in Ohio, Iowa, New York, and locally at the McClellandtown Presbyterian Church.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia Perry Brown; a daughter, Tracey Ross and her husband, James of Charlotte, N.C.; a son, David Brown and his wife, Melissa of Greenville, S.C., and a son, A.D. Struble of Ligonier, Pa.; and a sister, Eleanor Hicken and her husband, Fred of Oneonta, N.Y.
Memorial services will be held at 3 p.m., on Saturday, Oct. 5, 2002, at Church Hill Cemetery, McClellandtown, Presbyterian Church. A.D. .Struble, Authorized Lay Preacher, will officiate. Local arrangements are under the direction of the H. DAVID MCELROY FUNERAL HOME, Corner of Main and Blaine, McClellandtown, Pa.
