David G. Tinelli
David G. Tinelli, age 48, of Milfred Terrace, Millsboro, Pa., died at 12:28 a.m. Thursday, October 3, 2002, in Carlisle Regional Medical Center, Carlisle, Pa., following a nine-month illness. “Dave” was attending the Fall Carlisle Auto Show when he became ill. He was born September 5, 1954, in Waynesburg, Pa.
Dave was Catholic by faith and a 1972 graduate of Beth-Center High School.
An Auto Mechanic all of his life, Dave owned and operated Dave’s Garage in Fredericktown, Pa. He specialized in restoring Classic Cars.
For 14 years he was employed at Bethlehem Mine No. 58 in Marianna.
His father, Jack Tinelli, died October 8, 1997.
He is survived by his mother, Blanche Ladisic Tinelli of Fredericktown, Pa.; his wife, Joanne Rode Tinelli; a sister, Karen Dickinson, Brownsville, Pa.; a brother, Jack J. Tinelli, Pittsburgh, Pa.; one niece and four nephews.
Friends will be received in the GREENLEE FUNERAL HOME, 42 Bank Street at Crawford Road, Fredericktown, Pa., today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. where a Blessing Service will be held Monday, October 7, at 11 a.m. with Rev. Fr. Thomas R. Miller officiating.
Interment will follow in Taylor Cemetery, West Pike Run Township.
Visitation was also held Saturday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
