Abraham Hull
Abraham Hull, 87, of Hopwood, Pa., died Monday, Oct. 7, 2002, in North Arundel Hospital, Glen Burnie, Md. He was born April 10, 1915, in Farmington, Pa. a son of the late William Hull and Bertha Hall Hull.
Also preceding him in death was his beloved wife, Alice Habrook Hull.
Mr. Hull was a printer formerly employed at the Watkins Printing Company, of Baltimore, Md., a member of the Hilltop Seventh Day Adventist Church, and was an avid gardener.
He was the loving father of Mary Hull Messerschmidt, who resides in Baltimore, Md., with her husband, Charles Messerschmidt; the dear grandfather of Terry Messerschmidt and his wife, Diane of Bel Air, Md., and Tracy Griebel and her husband, Richard of Cordova, Md.; and great-grandfather of Hunter Griebel.
Also surviving are two brothers, John Hull and his wife, Mary of Farmington, Pa., and Jacob Hull of Smithfield, Pa.; and three sisters, Edna Smithburger and her husband, Kenneth of Farmington, Pa., Susie Meyers of Markleysburg, Pa., and Sara Parnell of Louisiana.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the JEROME W. SHELL FUNERAL HOME, 164 South Mt. Vernon Ave., Uniontown, Pa. Visitation is scheduled for today from 7 to 9 p.m., and on Friday morning until 11 a.m., the hour of service, with the Rev. David Kliendinst officiating. Interment will follow in Chalk Hill Evangelical Lutheran Church Cemetery, Chalk Hill, Pa.
