Ann V. Kret
Ann V. Gamon Kret, 89, of Footedale, Pa., passed away Monday, Oct. 7, 2002, in Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh, Pa.
She was born Oct. 2, 1913, in Buffington, Pa., a daughter of John Gamon Sr., and Rosalia Krol Gamon.
Ann was a member of St. Thomas Church of Footedale.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Theodore Kret, in 1982; a sister, Mary Pavlus; brothers, Stanley, Joseph, John Jr., Frank and Albert; and her parents.
Surviving are daughter, Dana Moncheck and her husband, Richard of Brownsville, Pa.; son, James Kret and his wife, Rosanne of Masontown, Pa.; daughter, Jane Gergely and her husband, Carl of Uniontown, Pa.; grandchildren, Mark and Lori Moncheck and Regina Kret; brothers, Walter Gamon of Cardale, Pa., and Edward and Anthony Gamon, both of Cleveland, Ohio.
There will be no public visitation. Relatives and Friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass today at 10 a.m., in St. Thomas Church, Footedale, with the Rev. Fr. James L. Popochock as celebrant. Interment will be in St. Thomas Cemetery, Footedale. Memorials may be made to the St. Thomas Church Fund. Funeral arrangements are under the care of the ROBERT T. KISH FUNERAL HOME INC., 20 North Mill St., New Salem.
