Erma Marini Ritzo

Erma E. Marini Ritzo of Brownsville, Pa., passed away on Friday, October 11, 2002, in the Washington Hospital, Washington, Pa. Mrs. Ritzo was formerly from the Fredericktown (Pa.) area.

She was an active member of The Historic Church of St. Peter in Brownsville, Pa., and St. Peter’s Confraternity of Christian Mothers.

Mrs. Ritzo was predeceased by her husband, Steve F. Ritzo, parents, Rodomonte and Bibiana Forcina Marini, and brother, Gladinora Marini.

She is survived by two children: Bernadette Ritzo Frazier, Brownsville, Pa., and Steve Ritzo and his wife Tracy, Los Angeles, California; two grandchildren: Ryan Frazier, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and Lindsay Frazier, Brownsville, Pa.; one sister, Euphemia Brezovsky, Brownsville, Pa.; one brother, Ramo Marini, Cleveland, Ohio; nieces and nephews.

She will also be sadly missed by her many friends and especially her closest friends, Judy Shaposka, Frances Gechoff, Jerri Darby, and Rosalie Barli.

Friends will be received in the SKIRPAN FUNERAL HOME, 135 Park Street, Brownsville, Pa., today from 6 to 9 p.m., Monday from 2 to 9 p.m., and Tuesday, October 15, until 9:30 a.m. when a Prayer Service will be held.

A Funeral Mass follows at 10 a.m. in The Historic Church of St. Peter in Brownsville, Pa., with Rev. Fr. Vincent Gigliotti as Celebrant.

Interment will follow in LaFayette Memorial Park, Brier Hill.

St. Peter’s Christian Mothers will recite the Rosary in the Funeral Home on Monday at 3 p.m.
