Nagel-Swan
Amy Louise Swan and Mark Joseph Nagel, both of Columbus, Ohio, were united in marriage on July 26. The Rev. Elmer Reamer heard the exchange of marriage vows at the Otterbein United Methodist Church, Connellsville.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William H. Swan Jr. of Connellsville. The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Stephen Nagel of Oak Hollow Court, Columbus, Ohio.
The bride was given in marriage by her father.
Kelly Swan Fuchs, sister of the bride, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Susan Swan, sister-in-law of the bride; Amanda Davis, cousin of the bride; Aimee Dixon and Stacy Gunning.
Best man was Alex Gunning. Ushers were Jude Nagel, uncle of the bridegroom; Brandon Huthmaker, Gary Hale, Randy Green, William H. Swan III and Timothy Swan, brothers of the bride. Junior groomsman was Samuel Fuchs, nephew of the bride. Ring bearers were Jacob Swan, Tyler Swan, Logan Swan, Nicholas Fuchs, Noah Fuchs, nephews of the bride; and Cody Cooper and Tyler Cooper, nephews of the groom.
A reception was held at Lakeside Party Center, McClellandtown.
The bride graduated from Connellsville Area High School and Otterbein College in Westerville, Ohio. She is a substitute teacher at Hilliard School District in Columbus.
The bridegroom is a graduate of Westland High School in Columbus and Otterbein College. He is a teacher with the Upper Arlington High School in Columbus.
They went on an eastern Caribbean cruise.
They are residing at 1684 Weather Stone Lane, Columbus, Ohio.
