Judge Ralph Warman Wendy Sue Baker, 30, of Uniontown was sentenced on two counts of forgery. On one count she was sentenced to one year probation and three to 18 months in Fayette County Prison for the other with the sentences to run consecutively.

Allan Mark LaCaffinie, 50, of Dunbar was sentenced to 23 months Intermediate Punishment with the first 60 days to be served on house arrest with electronic monitoring for DUI.

Brinton Edward Ohler, 29, of Brownfield was sentenced to 48 hours to 23 months in Fayette County Prison for DUI.

Ernest Marvin Greenawalt, 39, of Connellsville was sentenced on two counts of DUI. On the first count, he was sentenced to 11 1/2 months of Intermediate Punishment with the first 30 days to be served at an approved treatment center as an inpatient and on the second count he was sentenced to 11 1/2 months intermediate punishment with the first 90 days to be served on house arrest with electronic monitoring. The sentences will run consecutively.
