Ruby Jean (Felgar) Shively, 87, formerly of Scottdale, Pa., passed away Monday morning, October 14, 2002 in Eicher’s Personal Care Home, Normalville, Pa. Ruby was a longtime resident of the Scottdale and East Huntingdon Township area and was affiliated with the Church of the Open Door in Connellsville. Years ago, she was an employee at the former Troutman’s Department Store in Connellsville, Pa.

She is survived by her loving family; a niece and five step grandchildren.

Family and friends will be received today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Robert B. Ferguson Funeral Home, 105 Spring St., Scottdale, Pa. where funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 11 a.m.
