Richard G. Krystofiak Sr.
Richard G. Krystofiak Sr., 71, of Moundville, Alabama, formerly of Uniontown, Pa., passed away on Saturday, October 12, 2002, in his home. He was born September 5, 1931 in Baltimore, Md., a son of the late Henry and Nettie McLeard Krystofiak.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.
He is survived by his beloved wife Ora Mae Magee Krystofiak; four daughters Libby Van Erp and husband Rick of Columbus, Ohio, Joann Mesco and husband Jim of Birmingham, Alabama, Ora Mae Bollack and husband Bobby of Uniontown, Pa. and Jennifer Kolp and husband Joe of Cincinnati, Ohio; three sons, William Krystofiak and wife Debra of Virginia Beach, Va., Richard Krystofiak, Jr. and wife Nydia of Louisville, Ky, and David Krystofiak and wife Robin of Moundville, Alabama; a sister Irene Heinz; 22 grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Friends will be received in the DOLFI FUNERAL HOME, Uniontown, Pa., today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Thursday from 1:30 to 2 p.m., the hour of service, with the Rev. Bruce Poling from the Church of the Nazarene officiating.
Interment will follow in Sylvan Heights Cemetery.
