Charles W. Reynolds
Charles W. Reynolds, 72, of Point Marion, Pa., died Monday, Oct. 14, 2002, at his home. He was born Aug. 2, 1930, in Gans, Pa., son of the late Zianza G. and Ethel Mae Dallas Reynolds.
He was a member of the United States Marines, having served in Korea.
Charles was retired from the West Virginia University Physical Plant.
Surviving are six children, Rena, Timothy and Keith of Uniontown, Charles of Pittsburgh, Elaine of Hanover, Md., and Lorraine of Myersville, Md.; two brothers, James Sr. of Donora, and Joseph of Point Marion; two sisters, Mrs. Charles (Harriett) Tasker of Fayetteville, Pa., and Mrs. Esther Burns of Fairmont, W.Va.; ten grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three sisters, Frances, Marie and Louise; and one brother, Arthur.
Friends will be received in the LOUIS E. RUDOLPH FUNERAL HOME, 15 Main St., Point Marion, today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Friday, Oct. 18, 2002, at 11 a.m., with Esther Burns officiating. Interment will follow in the Little Arlington Section of the Evergreen Memorial Park, Point Marion. Full military rites will be held at the graveside by the VFW Post No. 747 and the American Legion Post No. 499, both of Point Marion.
