Troy A. Ankrom
Troy Albert Ankrom, 19, of Fredericktown, Pa., (Centerville Boro), died at 1:45 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 15, 2002, in his home. He was born Nov. 22, 1982, in Washington, Pa., a son of Theodore and Roxanne Ridge Ankrom of Fredericktown, who survive.
Troy attended Beth-Center High School for two years and graduated as a home schooled student in 2000.
He attended the Assembly of God Church, Bentleyville, and was employed by Sheets Tire Service, Beallsville.
He enjoyed hunting and fishing.
Surviving, in addition to his parents, are a son, Tristian Allen Ankrom, at home; four brothers, Theodore Allen Ankrom of Mount Pleasant, S.C., Todd Allen Ankrom of Springfield, Va., Travis Aaron Ankrom of Elkridge, Md., and Timothy Adam Ankrom, at home; maternal grandparents, Lewis and Helen Orloski Ridge of Daisytown; paternal grandparents, Theodore and Mae Beckwith Ankrom of Eighty Four, Pa.; and several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m., today and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., on Friday, in the JOHN B. GREENLEE FUNERAL HOME, 2830 Main St., Beallsville, Pa., where services will be held at 11 a.m., on Saturday, Oct. 19, 2002, in charge of the Rev. Dr. Michael Goodling. Interment will follow in the Taylor Cemetery, Brownsville, Pa. (West Pike Run Township).
