Ann V. Hedges
Ann Veronica Hedges, 84, of Isabella, Pa., died Wednesday, Oct. 16, 2002, in Snellville, Ga. She was born on May 19, 1918, in Republic, Pa., the daughter of the late Steve and Marie Latsko.
She was a homemaker and member of the Isabella Fire Department Women’s Auxiliary.
She served as a member of the St. Julian Altar Society.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Walter J. Hedges Sr.; four brothers; and two sisters.
Surviving are three children, Pattie and her husband, Barry Lippencott of Liverpool, N.Y., Walter and his wife, Marlene Hedges Jr., of Snellville, Ga., and Thomas and his wife, Cathy Hedges of Grayson, Ga.; six grandchildren, Lance Lippencott, Jill Lippencott, Bethany and Brad Hedges, Jennifer Hedges Boatright and Andrea Hedges; and a sister, Helen Kopinsky of Cleveland, Ohio.
Friends will be received in the SKIRPAN FUNERAL HOME, 135 Park St., Brownsville, Pa., today from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m., where a prayer service will be held on Saturday at 9:15 a.m., followed by a Funeral Mass at 10 a.m., in St. James R.C. Church of Labelle, Pa., with the Rev. Fr. James Petrovsky as celebrant. Interment in LaFayette Memorial Park. A Wake Service will be held today at 8:30 p.m.
