Man robbed

Todd Rutter of Uniontown told city police that a 5-foot-10-inch white man wearing a tan hooded jacket threatened to stab him, then robbed him of $71 at 8:10 p.m. Wednesday along South Street, near the parking garage.

Drugs recovered

City police said three boys who were loitering near an alley off Esther Street at 5:20 p.m. Wednesday fled when a patrol officer drove by. The officer walked around the area where the boys were and found a bag of suspected crack cocaine.

Three hurt in crash

City police said Jaclyn Hatalowich, 22, of Ivy Drive, Perryopolis, Debra Klink, 47, of Fridays Lane, Hopwood, and Klink’s passenger, Jean E. Ogle, 76, of Uniontown, were treated at Uniontown Hospital after a three-vehicle accident Oct. 3 on West Main Street at Oakland Avenue.

Police said the other driver was Mary Ann Carbonara, 55, of National Pike, Uniontown.

Theft reported

State police said a cell phone and $13 in change were stolen from a vehicle owned by Melanie Hughes of Dunbar on Tuesday night or Wednesday morning when it was parked at her residence.

Man arrested

Donnie Paul Yeager, 23, of Brave was charged with criminal trespass and harassment Oct. 12 after he allegedly broke into the home of Amanda Lee Tennant, 21, of Waynesburg at 2:30 a.m. to argue about custody of their child, state police at Waynesburg said.

Prostitution charges filed

State police filed prostitution charges against Salvatore Venturino, 37, of Uniontown, Robert Alkire, 36, of McClellandtown, Joseph Lape Jr., 50, of Perryopolis and Rolla Sterbutzel, 57, of Gettysburg after they allegedly offered to pay an undercover officer for sex on South Street, Uniontown, between 9:06 and 11:40 p.m. Aug. 17.

Motorcycle found

A 1999 Suzuki motorcycle reported stolen Monday by Chad Brazil, 25, of Uniontown was found Tuesday along Redstone Furnace Road, state police said.

ATV stolen

A 2001 Honda 400EX all-terrain vehicle owned by Daniel Hunyady of Carmichaels was stolen Oct. 12 between 2 and 7:30 p.m. from a locked box trailer along Stringtown Road, behind his residence, state police at Waynesburg said.
