Crystal L. Smith and James R. Collins II, both of Uniontown, are engaged to be married. A wedding for Feb. 14 is planned.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Diana Smith of Uniontown and Clyde E. Hart Jr. of Connellsville. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Zooner of Uniontown.

She is a 2001 graduate of Laurel Highlands High School.

Her fiance’ is the son of Suzanne Collins of Republic and James R. Collins Sr. of Ohio. He is a 1990 graduate of Laurel Highlands High School.
