Speaker announced Excellence Day set

Open house slated

Southmoreland High School will hold an open house on Wednesday from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

All members of the school community, especially parents, are invited to attend. This is an opportunity to meet and talk with staff members, to examine teaching tools and learning materials, to become aware of school facilities and equipment, and to become acquainted with the total educational program of the high school.

District officials said they encourage the Southmoreland community to come and visit the school.
