BROWNFIELD COMMUNITY CENTER, Dawson, will hold a masquerade Halloween party Friday from 8 to 11 p.m. Admission for adults is $5; children, one bag of candy. Refreshments will be available. Bo-Pat will provide music. COLBY COLE BENEFIT spaghetti dinner will be held Nov. 2 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the New Salem Presbyterian Church, 275 Mill St., New Salem. Tickets are $6 for adults and $3 for children age 12 and younger. Advance tickets are available by calling the church office at 724-245-2200 or 724-439-1297. Tickets will also be sold at the door.
CALIFORNIA UNITED MEHTODIST CHURCH, corner of Third and Liberty streets, California, is taking orders for Christmas greens for the cemetery and home use. Grave sprays, blankets, wreaths, pillows and mantle sprays are being offered in a variety of sizes and colors. Deadline to order is Dec. 2. Call 724-938-2270 for information. FAITH ASSEMBLY OF GOD CHURCH is holding a Harvest Carnival at the Ben Franklin School cafeteria, Connellsville Street, Uniontown, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. on Oct. 31. Puppets, games, drama, candy and prizes, will be featured.
LITTLE REDSTONE PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH will hold a buckwheat and buttermilk pancake supper on Nov. 2 from 4 to 7 p.m. Costs are $5 for adults and $3.50 for children under age 12.
