Rebecca May (Leydig) Brisky, 53, of Uniontown, Pa., passed away on Monday, Oct. 21, 2002, at her residence. She was born June 12, 1949, in Uniontown, the daughter of the late Milborn Sr. and Beatrice (Smith) Leydig.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Milborn Leydig Jr.

She is survived by her husband, Walter S. Brisky Jr.; two sons, Walter S. Brisky III and wife, Joann of Uniontown, and Harland C. Brisky and wife, Diane of New Mexico; a daughter, Shawn Brisky, at home; four grandchildren, Walter S. IV, Jeremy, Emily and Samantha Brisky; two brothers, Robert Leydig and wife, Cheryl of Georgia, and Charles Leydig and wife, Karen of Uniontown; three sisters, Cindy Leydig, Joyce Oldland and husband, Jan and Michelle Swaney, all of Uniontown; and several nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received in the HAKY FUNERAL HOMES INC., A Dignity Memorial Provider, 139 West Fayette St., Uniontown, today until 11 a.m., the time of service, with the Rev. Monroe S. Smith officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. View Cemetery.
