Burkey-Baughman
A ceremony at Central Christian Church united in marriage Tabitha Ann Baughman of Uniontown and William James Burkey of Leckrone. The Rev. Art Mace heard the exchange of wedding vows on June 29.
The bride’s parents are Richard and Goldie Baughman of Wilson Avenue, Uniontown. The bridegroom’s parents are Shelby Hutson of Leckrone and William James Burkey Sr. of Burlington Street, Uniontown.
Given in marriage by her parents, the bride wore a sleeveless, sheath gown with train, all accented with pearls and sequins. A crown of pearls and sequins held a veil of illusion.
Matron of honor was Jill Gardner.
Best man was Donnie Huey. Mark Franks was a groomsman.
The bride is a graduate of Uniontown Senior High School. She is employed at the Salvation Army Thrift Store.
The bridegroom is a graduate of Tri-Valley Senior High School. He is employed with Gerome Manufacturing Co.
The couple went on a wedding cruise.
